When can I expect my order?
While some products are readily available and will be shipped in 1-3 days, other products require production time to be fulfilled within 2-3 business days then shipped out. Tracking numbers will be sent via email once your order ships.

What is your return policy?
I am proud of all the products I make and want you to be happy with the products as well. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order please contact me via email and I will do everything I can to remedy the issue.

Do you offer order pick up? Or can I purchase your products in-person?
At this moment in time, I do not offer order pick ups or have any products in retail stores.

How can I return my order and get a refund?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order and would like to return it to get a refund or size adjustment, please reach out and contact me via email.

Do you take commissions or willing to do collaborations?
If you are interested in a commission or want to work together for a collaboration please send an email.

What type of mediums do you use?
My art is primarily digital however I do occasionally use watercolor and acrylic.
